Purpose
WBP Equip is committed to clear, accurate, and responsible communication with current and prospective investors. This policy sets out the principles that guide how we manage investor communications and the disclosure of company information.
Scope
This policy applies to all investor-facing communications, including but not limited to formal presentations, investor updates, funding discussions, and materials shared through secure portals or data rooms.
Principles
Our investor communications are guided by the following principles:
- Accurate — information provided is truthful and not misleading;
- Consistent — messaging is aligned across channels and stakeholders;
- Appropriate — the level of detail and context reflects the stage of discussion and the nature of the audience; and
- Responsible — communications respect confidentiality and legal obligations.
Controlled Disclosure
Material company information is disclosed in a controlled and structured manner. This may include formal investor presentations, secure digital portals, and structured one-to-one or group meetings. Sensitive or commercially confidential material is shared only under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
Confidentiality and Sensitivity
Some information relating to WBP Equip's technology, intellectual property, and commercial strategy may be commercially sensitive or confidential. We manage this information with appropriate care and disclose it only in the right context and with the right safeguards in place.
Forward-Looking Statements
Where investor materials include forward-looking statements, projections, or plans, these are provided in good faith but are inherently subject to risk and uncertainty. They should not be treated as guarantees or relied upon without independent professional advice.
Use of Third-Party Information
Where third-party information or analysis is included in investor materials, it is presented accurately and with appropriate context. WBP Equip does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of third-party content.
Governance and Oversight
Investor communications are subject to oversight within the Company's broader governance framework. The Board is responsible for the integrity of investor disclosures and for ensuring that communications are aligned with the Company's policies and values.

This policy should be read alongside the Governance, Risk and Compliance Statement, Supplier and Independent Assurance Statement, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
